Orca Dive Club Flores is the second branch of Orca Dive Clubs in Indonesia after Bali. Orca Dive Club Flores is precisely located in the village Labuan Bajo, inside of the Jayakarta Suites Komodo Flores. Flores which is a part of the East Nusa Tenggara region is well-known not only as the gateway to some of the best dive sites of the world, but also to Komodo Island, the origin home of the famous Komodo Dragons.
Situated only 10 minutes away from the Komodo National Airport in Labuan Bajo, Orca Dive Club Flores is definitely easy to reach. Rest beautifully not far from our dive center is Bidadari Island. This fascinating small island featured by white sandy beach is where we will conduct our house reef dives. To get to Bidadari Island, it takes only 20 minutes by local boat from the harbor. For other dive sites around Komodo and Rinca, we will also depart from the harbor in Labuan Bajo on a day trip boat.

The Orca Dive Club Flores is open all year round. From 8am until 6pm, 7 days a week you will be able to find one of our competent and friendly staff to answer all of your questions. These opening hours allow the utmost flexibility for check in/out so you don't miss any valuable dive time.

Sharing the beautiful tradition of Flores, Orca Dive Club Flores uses the classic local boat to take you to Bidadari Island where we conduct our house reef diving. The trip will only take about 20 minutes by boat from the harbor. Meanwhile, for the trip to the dive sites around Komodo and Rinca Island, the duration of the boat trip will vary between 1 until 2,5 hours depending on the location of the dive sites. For the trips to these areas we choose day trip boats. Fort rips to the fare away dive spots we can choose a speed boat too.

Our state of the art and top of the range rental equipment, which is serviced regularly in accordance with manufacturers' recommendations, guarantees a comfortable and safe diving experience. 10 complete sets of brand new equipments are available at any given time. This also includes dedicated kids diving equipment.

With over 30 aluminum tanks with 12, 15 and 8 liters volume at your disposal. You won't need to come up for air at the Orca Dive Club Flores. All tanks are available with a choice of DIN/INT connection. In line with the Club's philosophy of "Safety First" all tanks are regularly inspected and serviced in accordance with stringent in house test procedures. Hydrostatic testing is conducted out of house by an international accredited inspection company.

We are very proud of our state of the art filling system at the Orca Dive Club Flores, a brand new Bauer PE 320 VE (320l/min). Our guests can rest assured that we can deliver enough air at all times.
Certified Nitrox divers receive their "Nitrox for Free" thanks to our high performance MAVO MASTER filling system. Constant inspections, servicing and air quality testing is carried out by Bauer Kompressoren guaranteeing only the purest quality breathing air 365 days a year.

Your valuable diving equipment is safe in our spacious dry room. With large fresh water rinse tanks (one just for regulators, computers and cameras) you're sure to get all the salt out of your equipment. These dedicated storage areas are well ventilated so that your equipment can dry before your departure. The dry rooms are open from 8am until 6pm and remain locked at all other times. Our own night security personnel keep a watchful eye on your equipment while you are away.

Our guests have a own area on the pool terrace of the Jayakarta Hotel to enjoy the beautiful sunset in the evening with a great view to the sea and a relaxing drink for this unique moments.
